Let me share this recipe.

What you’ll need

-multi grain bread, toasted

-dijon mustard and/or grain mustard

-1 fried egg over medium

-olive oil (sprinkle on the baby spinach)

-butter

-baby spinach

-turkey coldcuts

-cheddar cheese

Steps: Cook everything and then eat it!

For the future: I think this could use more crunch but not sure what: red onion? apple? (too sweet?)
